Find the Answers You Need
Here are some answers to the most asked questions......but please don't be a stranger, ask us anything
Does my new car need detailing?
Definitely, New cars sit at ports for up to 6 months before they are sold, they ride on the back of a open lorry, have protective film and stickers pulled off them and then have a quick 30 minute wash by an outsourced valetor who is targeted to clean 20 cars per day. Whilst the paintwork isn't perfect, it is the youngest it will ever be, so this is the perfect time for a luxury valet and ceramic coating to keep that car looking new for years to come.
How do I pay you?
A 30% deposit is taken at the time of booking either via bank transfer or cash. If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, this deposit is refundable as long as it is over 72 hours before your appointment.
Within 72 hours the deposit is non refundable.
Do you have restrictions on where you can work?
Unfortunately yes, I am unable to work on the side of the road due to insurance and safety.
We can work on your car at home or your place of work.
Do you need anything from me?
In fact, yes i do. The business is new and small and I do not currently run a van. I will need access to electricity and water from you the same as any other trade person would.
Oh and I would love a review from you on social media if I exceed your expectations.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
With valeting nothing changes....apart from that I get wetter than normal.
But...ceramic coatings are not possible in the wet, the vehicle needs to be spotlessly clean and dry to apply.
Do prices include vat?
I am not VAT registered, so vat does not apply.
